ingres_field_scale() はフィールドのスケールを返します。 この値は、SQLデータ decimal 型でのみ使用されます。 詳細な情報については、Ingres OpenAPI User Guide の Appendix "Data Types" を参照ください。

index は、スケールを取得したいフィールドです。
index の取りうる値は ingres.array_index_start の値に依存します。 ingres.array_index_start が 1 (デフォルト) の場合は、index は 1 以上 ingres_num_fields() 以下でなければなりません。 ingres.array_index_start が 0 の場合は、index は 0 以上 ingres_num_fields() 未満でなければなりません。

フィールドのスケールを返します。
