SQLite3::busyTimeout
It seems, that this method doesn't report the affected rows properly, when using with savepoints or a transaction.

パラメータ
この関数にはパラメータはありません。
返り値
直近の SQL 文で変更 (あるいは挿入、削除) された行の数を表す integer 値を返します。
