XMLReader::open — パースする XML を含む URI を設定する

bool XMLReader::open ( string $URI [, string $encoding [, int $options = 0 ]] )

パースされる XML ドキュメントを含む URI を設定します。

成功した場合に TRUE を、失敗した場合に FALSE を返します。静的にコールされた場合には XMLReader を返します。失敗した場合に FALSE を返します

このメソッドは、静的にコールすることも できはしますが、E_STRICT エラーが発生します。
